We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the successful delivery and adoption of business change initiatives at a Specialty Insurer. You will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to drive engagement, business readiness, communication, and adoption of change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver change management activities including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and business readiness activities.
* Support project and operational teams in embedding change effectively across the business.
* Work with stakeholders at all levels to manage resistance and encourage adoption.
* Support training, transition-to-business activities, and benefits/OKR tracking.
* Ensure change activities align with wider project delivery plans and organisational objectives.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in change management within insurance or reinsurance.
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Prosci, Kotter).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience supporting large-scale business or organisational change programmes.
* Relevant certifications in Change Management are desirable.
