We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in Hinxton. If you have a passion for fresh food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and are happy to work flexibly, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook fresh dishes to a high standard
* Support the Head Chef and guide junior team members
* Ensure food is presented well and served promptly
* Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards
* Help manage stock, portion control, and minimise waste
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
* Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
* Team player with a positive attitude and flexible approach
* Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
