Family Law and Civil Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 2 years PQE)

* Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Family Law and Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a prestigious client in central Edinburgh. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Family Law, looking to expand their expertise into Civil Litigation. Training in Litigation matters will be provided as needed however those with a solid background in this area are also encouraged to apply.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Handle a varied caseload in Family Law, and niche areas of civil litigation, with opportunities to specialise further.
* Deliver high-quality legal services, working closely with experienced colleagues who provide an excellent level of support.
* Engage in both traditional and innovative legal practices to meet and exceed client expectations.
* Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Utilise your days in the office for collaborative work and court appearances, with the flexibility to work from home for research and case preparation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in Family Law.
* Openness to training and developing skills in Civil Litigation.
* Excellent legal acumen with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
* Proactive and eager to develop in a dynamic and supportive environment.
