Maintenance Manager – Lead Engineering Excellence Across Manufacturing Operations Location: Oldbury Contract Basis: Permanent Pay Rate: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a growing engineering and manufacturing environment operating within the automotive and specialist coatings sectors. This role will see you leading maintenance operations across two busy sites, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the business. The Maintenance Manager will play a key role in driving preventative maintenance strategies, supporting engineering projects, and maintaining high standards of Health & Safety while working closely with internal stakeholders to support production requirements.
