The London office plays a central role within the firm’s global private funds offering and works closely with colleagues across the US and Europe on high‑profile mandates.
The Role
This role sits within a well‑established private funds team advising sponsors across a broad range of strategies, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit and secondaries. The work covers fund formation, managed accounts, co‑investment platforms and related strategic matters, with regular exposure to complex cross‑border structures.
Associates will also have the opportunity to work on GP‑led transactions, secondaries, fund restructurings and fund manager M&A, offering a varied and technically strong workload within a collaborative team environment.
What They’re Looking For
* 2-6 PQE with experience in private funds or a closely related practice.
* Exposure to fund formation and the operation of private investment funds.
* Experience advising sponsors across one or more asset classes, such as private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit or secondaries.
* Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work on complex matters.
* A collaborative approach and interest in developing within a large, market‑leading private funds team.
