About us

eola is a booking and management platform for activity businesses (think adventure parks, water sports, activity centres etc.). We’ve got strong tech, paying customers (200 and counting), and a clear niche in the UK. Now we need someone who loves selling to help us scale it.



The role

You’ll be our only dedicated salesperson. No layers, minimal legacy process, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll own the full cycle: prospecting, building pipeline, discovery, demos (with help from the CEO and our CSM for the first 6 months), negotiation, and closing. You’ll also put structure around what works so we can repeat it. We use Pipedrive.



What you’ll do

* Source and close new business across the UK activity sector
* Run tight discovery and value-led demos (with support early on)
* Build and maintain a clean, reliable pipeline in Pipedrive
* Create and iterate the sales playbook (messaging, outreach, objections)
* Feed market insights back to the team to shape product and GTM
* Lay the groundwork for a future sales team



What success looks like (6–12 months)

* A predictable pipeline you created yourself
* A repeatable outreach → meeting → demo → close motion
* Clear ICP and messaging that land with prospects
* Clean CRM hygiene and simple reporting the team can trust
* Revenue momentum that justifies hiring more sellers (and you helping lead them)



You might be a fit if

* 3+ years in sales with full-cycle experience
* At least 1 year in an early-stage startup (you’re comfortable being “the only one”)
* You’re scrappy, proactive, metrics-driven, and happy to build while selling
* Strong communication, demo, and negotiation chops
* CRM fluent (Pipedrive experience is a plus)
* As a bonus, have experience in the activities industry; either as a passion or previous work



Compensation and setup

* £45,000 base salary
* Uncapped commission on top; we are a consumption-based model. You will earn 10% of net revenue generated from your wins for 2 years after getting them live. Net revenue per deal varies from £3-100k ARR.
* EMI options given at end of probation; quantity dependent on performance.
* This is a remote role, but the team gets together in London roughly once per quarter, so travel to London must be practical.
