About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching assistant, you will:
 * Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
 * Provide 1:1 support with students who require additional support.
 * Working with small groups of pupils
 * Demonstrating a proactive and empathetic approach to supporting SEN students.
 * Reflecting on and improving your practice through self-evaluation and CPD.
Candidate specification:
 * Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting
 * A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
 * Excellent communication and teamwork skills
 * A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
