In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.

As a Trainee, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

·Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements.

Preferred skills

·Good understanding of statistical modelling, decision modelling and machine learning techniques such as regression, ANOVA, clustering, etc.

·Comfortable with ambiguity and applying creativity to solve complex problems.

·Analytical and problem-solving skills combined with experience in leveraging data analytics to drive insights and business decisions.

·Experience and familiarity in the following analytics and visualization tools such as: SAS, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI and/or analytical programming language such as: R, Python.

·Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and manage an environment of rapid change and development, and lead others through this process.

·Readiness to learn and eagerness to grow, not only in technical but also business acumen

·Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task.

·Team player with good communication skills

Minimum years experience required

·1 year analytics/research experience delivering analytics-driven solutions for internal stakeholders.

·Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in quantitative fields such as Banking and Finance, Economics and other related fields.

Additional application instructions

·Technically inclined and self-driven to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies.

·Ability to articulate analytical findings to less-technical business-savvy audience.

·Good problem solving skills, can work with confidence unsupervised, and able to manage multiple concurrent work streams.

·Highly pragmatic, using technology to solve problems expediently.
