What you will do
* Act as the allocated Occupational Therapist for adults and children with physical and learning disabilities, ensuring care is comprehensive and tailored.
* Provide preventative support to promote independence, empowering clients to maximise freedom in daily life.
* Be responsible for assessing, developing, reviewing, and monitoring individual care plans concerning adaptations, necessary equipment, and moving and handling techniques to support independent living.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Requirements
* Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Driving is essential for this role, so a full driver’s licence is required to reach clients efficiently and provide consistent, accessible care.
