ABOUT THE ROLE
The Warehouse Manager will lead day-to-day material flow across a busy manufacturing environment. You’ll manage a small team, driving high performance while ensuring all inbound, outbound, and internal movements run efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with aerospace and AS9100 requirements.
In this role, you’ll own stock accuracy, material availability to production, and the optimisation of warehouse processes, layout, and performance. You will be a hands-on leader who can motivate people, improve operational flow, and work closely with Production and Supply Chain to keep manufacturing running smoothly, playing a critical part in optimising warehouse performance, supporting lean manufacturing practices, and ensuring materials and finished goods flow seamlessly to meet production targets and customer delivery requirements.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBLITLIES:
