We have an exciting opportunity for a supply chain administrator to join us based in our Aylesbury Innovation Centre. Salary £28,000 - £30,000 Responsibilities: Guarantees a smooth supply of stock materials requested, ensuring the ERP system is always accurate Manages stock suppliers and subcontractors' relationships Provides high-quality support to the Supply Chain team with the efficient and on-time delivery of projects and order status accuracy. To set up daily/weekly/monthly reports as and when required to help support the efficient running Delivery Management. Upholds data accuracy on products module Ensures supplier conformance and certificate records are updated and maintained. Objectives Ensures on-time and in-full deliveries (Inbound OTIF) Works with overseas suppliers to arrange the import of stock into our warehouse Manage supplier relationships, dealing with queries related to purchase orders Manage our subcontractor suppliers Proactively highlights risks and identifies solutions (Monitoring deliveries at risk metric, working on solutions to resolve the risks, and keeping key internal teams updated) Maintaining accurate purchase order data Daily/weekly reporting Communicating between internal departments Supports the warehouse and quality teams related to delivery and quality issues Support with finance invoice query and urgent payment resolution To provide support with inventory management Looking For Good IT skills, incl.
