The SENCO Role * Lead on provision for SEND students across the school * Work closely with teaching and support staff to implement EHCPs and learning plans * Liaise with parents, external agencies, and the local authority * Maintain compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and safeguarding legislation * Drive whole-school understanding of inclusive strategies and differentiation Ideal Candidate * NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete) * QTS and experience working with SEND in a secondary setting * Strong organisational and interpersonal skills * Deep understanding of neurodiversity, trauma-informed practice, and inclusion
