Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join a busy, high‑performing finance team supporting around 350 client contracts. In this fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong cashflow and ensuring the smooth running of customer accounts.This role is all about building positive relationships, staying proactive, and keeping on top of detail. You'll manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, taking ownership of debt collection activity, resolving invoice queries with both customers and operational teams, and ensuring payments are allocated accurately. You'll also keep a close eye on aged debt, escalating any risks and contributing to monthly reporting.With responsibility for weekly and monthly invoicing for your portfolio of clients, plus opportunities to support improvements in credit control processes, this is a great chance to make a real impact within a well‑established national organisation
