Job Description
Your Role as Credit Controller
3. Manage and chase payments across a ledger of 300+ B2B customers
4. Accurately post and allocate daily receipts
5. Raise credit notes and ensure timely reduction of debtor days
6. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letters to resolve payment issues
7. Attend monthly meetings with senior finance leaders
8. Set up new customers and monitor credit reports
9. Upload invoices to customer portals and manage PO numbers
10. Support wider finance tasks including invoicing and statement processing
The Successful Applicant

11. Previous experience in credit control or similar finance roles
12. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
13. Calm under pressure with strong organisational abilities
14. Detail-oriented and confident using Excel
15. A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
