* Disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Redundancy processes and reorganisations
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and policies
* Defending Employment Tribunal claims
* TUPE and business restructuring
* Strategic HR and compliance advice
You will play a key role in delivering practical, commercially focused solutions to a diverse client base, while also supporting the wider development of the team. The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' post-qualification experience in employment law
* Demonstrable experience advising employer clients
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and case law
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
