* Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
* Provide detailed information about available products and services to enhance customer retention.
* Meet or exceed individual and team retention targets.
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
* Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Telesales Executive should have:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
* An ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
