Are you organised, friendly and ready to take your first step into the property industry?
We're on the lookout for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy South Liverpool branch. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, you'll be at the heart of the office, supporting both our sales and lettings teams.
What you'll be doing:
* Greeting clients and answering incoming calls
* Booking appointments and managing the office diary
* Handling property keys and general office coordination
* Supporting tenants, landlords and the team with day-to-day admin
* Drafting letters, printing documents and uploading information to systems
What we're looking for:
* A people person with strong communication skills
* Reliable, proactive and organised
* Confident using a computer and email
* Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
* Someone who's eager to learn and grow with us
