SETT Planning & Architecture are seeking a Project Architect to join its team in Reigate, Surrey.
About us
SETT Planning & Architecture is a multi-discipline practice with both Architects and Planners. We are a small team, and we are looking to expand due to increased appointments.
We specialise in residential architecture – both private and commercial. We are design led with a planning background to help strengthen our arguments for considered and interesting design solutions.
We are uniquely placed with strong links to both local housing developers and contractors. This provides insight into the differing views of the residential built environment and piecing them together with good design.
The role
We are looking for a technically proficient Project Architect to join our team and work on a range of residential projects for both private and professional clients.
The role centres around taking ownership of projects and leading them from conception through the RIBA stages, whilst being supported by other members of the team.
This is a great opportunity for a talented Architect to join our young team. We are passionate about design, technical details, and interesting solutions.

Minimum Requirements
* Experienced architect (3+ years’ experience) with both technical and design track record.
* Technically proficient – capable of leading technical packages & producing technical drawings, specifications and schedules.
* Resourceful and creative problem solver.
* Experienced and confident in working with consultants, contractors and client-facing.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
* Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, & SketchUp preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to show initiative.
