This business is traditional, and its beautiful Regency office reflects it. Inside, it’s modern and calm. This office might be in a prime location in the town centre, but there will be a free on-site parking space for you. Relationships with colleagues and feeling valued ensure people stay working for this company for many years. As a way of saying thank you, everyone finishes at 1:30 pm on a Friday during the summer. There are 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), and you’ll need to save a few for when the office shuts for Christmas. The business often comes together for social events. Purpose of the role To be a professional first point of contact for clients and provide additional support to colleagues to support the smooth running of the practice. What will you be doing? * Dealing with incoming phone calls * Meeting and greeting visitors * Coordinating catering for visitor meetings and events * Liaising with members of staff on client queries * Taking client payments and updating their records * Updating and monitoring daily meetings and room bookings * Sending out client bills and statements The must-haves: * Experience working in a receptionist or administrative role. * Good computer skills – especially in Word and Outlook. Working hour 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, working 8:30 to 5:00 with one hour for lunch. The business may be able to offer part-time hours or a job share.
