Lead and supervise packing line operatives during daily operations
• Ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety
• Coordinate with departments including Lairage, Evisceration, Portions and Quality
• Train and support team members to improve performance and skills
• Maintain accurate production records and report operational issues
Qualifications Required
• Previous Team Leader / Supervisor experience in production or food manufacturing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety and health & safety standards
• Ability to motivate teams and manage workflow in a busy environment
