As Finance Manager, you will lead all aspects of financial management and operations. You will bring rigour, structure, and foresight to a company moving at pace — working closely with the leadership team to ensure that financial reporting, data, and systems evolve in line with our growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Own all finance operations, including management accounting, cash flow, forecasting, and reporting.
* Lead the development and automation of financial systems and processes for scalability and accuracy.
* Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.
* Manage outsourced bookkeeping/accounting partners and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and audit requirements.
* Drive budgeting, cost control, and financial planning across departments.
* Support leadership with financial modelling for growth, investment, and commercial planning.
* Ensure financial governance, transparency, and control as the organisation scales internationally.
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.
* Strong operational finance experience, ideally in a high-growth SME, start-up, or scale-up.
* Experience with group accounting and intercompany transactions.
* Skilled in preparing consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, cash flow, etc.).
* Broad understanding of accounting standards and general ledger management.
* Comfortable with modern finance tools, automation, and data-driven insights.
* Hands-on and detail-oriented, with experience across both operational finance and strategic modelling.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills — able to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights.
* A proactive self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
Desirable
* Experience working with physical products, including cross-border shipping, inventory accounting, and raw material cost tracking.
