This position will play a pivotal role in effectively delivering data & information services for Southern Housing colleagues, making real and tangible impact. What you'll be doing Prepares business cases and supporting documentation at the initiation stages of the data projects. Effectively estimate, monitor, and manage cost, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s). Ensure project delivers effective communications to all audiences, from end users to senior stakeholder groups and the wider business to ensure they are confident in the project's ability to deliver. Build and manage positive stakeholder relationships across the business ensuring regular and accurate communication. Experience in delivering Data or technology projects and Project Management experience (working within Prince2 methodologies and disciplines) in a multiple project environment. Develops and maintains suitable project plans with clear milestones, utilising suitable project management tools to ensure project teams stay on track and reporting is robust. Effectively manages issues and risks, ensuring projects are delivering outcomes that align with the original business case and vision. Ensure project reviews are carried out at stage boundaries and on completion, using feedback and lessons gathering for continuous improvement. What you'll need Strong understanding of data technologies, data management principles, and data analytics processes. Knowledge of agile ways of working and ITIL processes. Knowledge of leading workshops and communication through graphic means, for example: workshops to scope, design and agree a solution; playbacks to key audience groups on findings in an informative and visual way. Experience in delivering Data or technology projects and Project Management experience (working within Prince2 methodologies and disciplines) in a multiple project environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - must build and maintain positive relationships and networks. Confident in briefing staff at all levels of the organisation using different styles and delivery methods. Ability to use initiative and make decisions under pressure.
