A global manufacturing organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Export & Customer Service Lead to oversee international order management, export compliance and logistics coordination while leading a small operational team.
This is a technically focused role requiring strong knowledge of:
* Customs compliance
* Export documentation
* Incoterms
* VAT processes
* Global freight coordination
* ERP systems
You’ll work closely with manufacturing, finance and commercial teams to ensure products move efficiently across international markets while maintaining high customer service standards.
Experience Required:
* Export/logistics experience within manufacturing
* Customs & compliance knowledge
* ERP/MRP systems exposure
* Team leadership/supervisory experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
