Job Title: Endpoint Security Engineer (Ivanti / Application Control)
Location: Barrow-in-Furness (On-site)
We’re seeking an Endpoint Security Engineer to join our End User Experience (EUE) team, supporting a range of high-profile clients. This is a fully on-site role offering excellent opportunities to develop your technical skills and career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and secure endpoints using Ivanti Device Application Control (IDAC) and/or Defend Point.
* Support OS and application deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and reporting via SCCM.
* Complete assigned project and Non-Standard Request (NSR) tasks on time.
* Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in IDAC or Defend Point (essential).
* Understanding of endpoint security (BitLocker, NTFS permissions, shared folder security).
* Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
