This well-established company is a specialist energy consultancy who are looking to continue their ambitious growth plans over the next few years. They specialise in agriculture and are broadening their horizons by moving into new industries leveraging nearly 60 years of experience. In this role you will primarily be focused on managing and growing the small team of Business Development Executives as well as leading day-to-day sales operations and account management. You will liaise directly with the Directors and have the autonomy to adapt the sales process and bring new ideas to the table. This is a hybrid role with two days in the office working a 37hr week from Monday to Friday. This role would suit an Account Manager who has experience leading small sales teams and improving the sales business development process.
