SUSHISAMBA Group are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The Maintenance Engineer at SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle plays an important role in the operation of our restaurants and shared services areas.

Your Requirements:
As a maintenance Engineer your job will require you to:
Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns
Perform and/or monitors reactive maintenance, planned works and PPM
Respond to all building related safety concerns
Maintain departmental compliance with company maintenance procedures
Support company departmental maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
Assist in the supervision of temporary maintenance contractors
Assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment for operations
Maintain all areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting and tiling to ensure an attractive and well-maintained site
Must possess knowledgeable of basic hand/power tool operation
We would love you to have had:
Previous restaurant or hotel maintenance department experience
At least 1-year experience in a similar capacity
Should have basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry concepts
Must be available to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site
