We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of all financial operations and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business. This is a broad role where you'll be trusted to lead the finance team, drive efficiency, and act as a key partner to the Managing Director on strategic decisions.
What you'll be doing:
* Overseeing day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cashflow.
* Providing clear, timely financial insights to support decision-making at a senior level.
* Leading on statutory audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
* Working closely with operational teams to improve profitability and cost control.
* Managing risk and ensuring strong financial controls are in place.
* Supporting on capital expenditure planning, funding options, and long-term financial strategy.
* Driving improvements in processes, reporting systems, and use of technology.
* Developing and mentoring the finance team to ensure high performance.
* Getting involved in wider projects such as acquisitions, expansions, or investment reviews.
We're looking for someone who is:
* A qualified accountant.
* Experienced in a senior finance role with full P&L and balance sheet responsibility.
* Commercially astute, with the ability to align finance with business goals.
* Confident in leading a team and building strong working relationships.
* Skilled in financial planning, risk management, and governance.
* Comfortable influencing at board level while also happy to roll up your sleeves.
