Payroll Coordinator We’re looking for a highly capable individual with strong payroll and accounting experience, ideally within the professional services sector. This is a temporary opportunity, ongoing for around three months. You’ll bring a solid understanding of PAYE, NIC, statutory calculations, and payroll accounting, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, delivers outstanding customer service, and can challenge the status quo with fresh ideas and a firm-wide perspective. In this role, you'll be involved in: * Monthly payroll processing and data uploads * Employee record maintenance and stakeholder query management * Tax form preparation and benefit reconciliations * Compliance and reporting for international staff * Payroll control account and disbursement reconciliations * Supporting payroll processes for international offices (Milan & Madrid) What you’ll need: * Minimum 3 years’ payroll/accounts administration experience * Knowledge of ADP and Workday systems (desirable) * Strong data accuracy and reconciliation skills * Previous experience in professional services (preferred) * CIPP foundation qualification (desirable) The role offers a hybrid working model (3 days in office)
