The Role We are seeking a Training Academy Coordinator to support the Branston Training Academy Programme in delivering training to employees from induction and onboarding and throughout their Branston careers. The successful candidate will co-ordinate the Branston Training Academy Programme by scheduling, organising and recording training. The role will involve working closely with the Training Academy Manager and liaising with managers, trainers and external providers. The training will include health & safety, food safety, quality, ERP compliance and lean manufacturing. There will be a blend of classroom and on the job training to be delivered to our training and operational teams. What will you be doing? To coordinate and support the onboarding programme for all new starters To liaise with department managers to coordinate refresher training for existing staff, including booking time off the job training to take place Create and manage all training matrices, attendance tracking and employee training files for the Branston Training Academy Programme To maintain the Training Academy diary, scheduling of trainers and modules to cover the needs of the business including arranging out of hours training To prepare training materials, resources, documentation and to ensure set up for all training modules To organise and administer employee feedback surveys to ensure the training remains effective through achievement against KPIs To arrange the scheduling with external providers and Branston subject matter experts for all mandatory training programmes including, but not limited to: First Aid; Fire Marshall; Food Safety and HACCP training Liaise with 3rd party temporary labour providers to ensure a consistent approach to induction and development of temporary staff Support leaners before, during and after training sessions Raise POs and review requirements against the training budget Support with audits as required Promote a culture of continuous improvement What we want from you? Strong organisational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in a training administrative role (Preferred) Knowledge/experience within FMCG (Preferred) Experience of using online training and use of virtual reality (Preferred) Knowledge of legislation, e.g. Food Safety, Health & Safety (Preferred)
