You’ll coordinate shifts, lead by example, and take responsibility for the performance of your team. Your leadership will help maintain a positive, person-centred culture in our home.What We Offer£13.00 per hour48 hours per weekPaid DBSFree uniform and onsite parking5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)Pension schemeWhat You Will DoYou will lead and coordinate shifts, ensuring care staff work together to create a smooth and supportive environment. You’ll provide hands-on care, supporting residents with dressing, bathing, mobility and personal routines — always prioritising dignity and independence. You’ll manage medication administration and documentation with accuracy, while maintaining up-to-date care plans and risk assessments that reflect each resident’s individual needs.You’ll play an active role in fostering open, compassionate communication with residents, their families, healthcare professionals and colleagues. You’ll welcome visitors, show prospective families around the home, and respond quickly to any emergencies.
