Role Overview
We are recruiting a Social Care Team Manager for our Children’s Child Protection Team. This team handles duty, assessment, Children In Need, and Child Protection cases, with a transfer point to our Cared for Children team at first hearing.
Candidate Requirements
* Passionate about safeguarding children.
* Skilled in leading a robust decision-making team through supervision and support.
* Qualified social worker with management experience.
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking on new challenges daily.
