Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (Occasional evening and weekend work may be required)
Salary: £42,000 - £46,000
What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit an energetic and passionate individual that strives for EXCELLENCE! Creating a positive culture and building a CI strategy to develop over 200 problem solvers
* Experience with Lean manufacturing techniques such as but not limited to 5s, 6 sigma, bottleneck analysis, kaizen
* Minimum 3 years of broad experience in project management with preference in manufacturing and / or an FMCG environment
* Proven proficiency in problem solving, root cause and waste reduction tools
* A talented influencer and team builder
* A courageous individual that makes difficult decisions in challenging circumstances using data and or sound thought processes
