Duty Managers – Lambeth Bridge (Brand‑New Luxury Residential Club) My client, a 5‑star leisure management company operating premium luxury residential developments, is now recruiting for two full‑time and one part‑time (16–20 hours) Duty Managers for a brand‑new, high‑end residential leisure club at Lambeth Bridge, scheduled to open 25th April. This stunning new club features a state‑of‑the‑art gym with top‑tier equipment, a luxury swimming pool, sauna/spa, and beautiful relaxation spaces. About the Role As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the club, acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors. This is a blended role combining: Operations Front of House Fitness Luxury hospitality service We are specifically seeking candidates with hospitality and barista experience, in addition to strong leisure operations knowledge, to support the hotel‑style, premium service expected at this site. There is also strong potential to build a Personal Training client base, with many residents being high‑net‑worth individuals. Hourly Pay: £14.80/hour PT Rate: £30 per session Contracts Available: 2 x Full‑time 1 x Part‑time (16–20 hours) Key Responsibilities Delivering exceptional 5‑star customer service at all times Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the gym, pool, spa, and relaxation areas Handling resident enquiries and ensuring a luxury, personalised experience Supporting the Club & Spa Manager with the overall operation of the facility Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety Supporting fitness delivery: inductions, floor supervision, and PT (if qualified) Preparing barista‑style coffees and providing high‑quality hospitality service to residents and visitors Assisting with front‑of‑house duties, including check‑ins, bookings, and concierge‑style support Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a similar Duty Manager or senior leisure role, ideally in a 5* or luxury environment Hospitality or barista experience (essential) Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail; friendly, organised, and professional Level 2 Gym Instructor / Level 3 Personal Trainer (Group Exercise desirable) First Aid and/or RLSS Emergency Responder (training can be provided) Understanding of Health & Safety within a leisure facility A proactive team player with a luxury‑service mindset Ability to work varied shifts including early, mid, late, and weekends What's on Offer A fantastic working culture with a leading luxury operator Development and progression opportunities Additional earning potential through Personal Training A chance to be part of a brand‑new flagship opening in a prestigious London location
