Comp : Commission Only – but not in a dodgy way. Earn ~$50k per campaign. Run two? That’s $100k+. Don’t hit the minimum? We backpay to minimum wage.

What you'll be doing :
* Run discovery and close deals on a proven campaign (we handle the lead gen + scripting)
* Focus only on what matters – conversations and conversions
* Start part-time (1 campaign), scale to full-time (2 campaigns)
Progression that actually means something :
* Closer → Sales Manager (coach new reps, oversee your campaign)
* Sales Director (run your own team, source new campaigns, build your portfolio)
Learn every part of the sales process, from SDR to Strategy. Grow with a company that wants to teach you how to fish (not just feed you leads).
