Overview
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll lead your local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and hours — and, as a result, your earnings. This is estate agency with autonomy to grow your own business in the area you know best — from prospecting and canvassing, to valuing and negotiating. You’ll be supported by Nested’s marketing and in-house teams, with access to a smart selling app and dedicated support.
Responsibilities
* Own and implement local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and working hours to grow your estate agency business in your area.
* Manage client relationships from start to finish as the single point of contact throughout the Nested journey.
* Utilize Nested’s marketing support and local advertising tools to generate leads and grow your client base.
* Prospect, canvass, value properties, negotiate deals, and close transactions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Requirements
* 5–10 years of top-tier residential estate agency experience including valuing property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers, particularly in Sheffield.
* Clear strategy for managing a marketing budget, generating leads, and building a local valuation machine.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic; self-employment requires proactivity and resilience – if clients don’t sell, you don’t get paid.
* Deep knowledge of the local patch and its amenities, schools, and hotspots.
* Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach focused on delivering the best outcomes and experience for clients.
* Strong social media skills are a bonus; if not, we provide support, but you should be enthusiastic about building your brand and engaging with the community.
