We’re seeking a passionate, experiences, motivated *Dual Registered Manager* to lead the opening of 2 services. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to open and shape a high-quality therapeutic home from day one, providing focused care for a child with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The plan for this role will be for the successful candidate to then take on the role of Responsible Individual once the Region reaches 5 registered services.
*Location: Lincoln*
*Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week), Monday – Friday 9am-5pm*
*Salary: £60,000 - £80,000*

*What We’re Looking For*
· At least 2 years’ experience in the last 5 years working in a managerial role in a children’s residential care setting.
· Proven experience with Ofsted in a managerial role.
· Experience of working with young people with complex behaviours.
· Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and Ofsted inspection frameworks.
· NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
· A resilient, compassionate leader who can establish a positive culture from the outset.
· A commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed care and improving outcomes for children.
*Requirements*
· Must have the right to work in the UK
· Must be able to speak and understand English to a good standard for effective communication, record-keeping and safeguarding the wellbeing of those you will be supporting.
· A full Enhanced DBS Check will be required for the successful candidates
*What You’ll Be Doing*
· Oversee the OFSTED registration and successful launch of two, 2 bed children’s homes.
· Working in line with SCIFF.
· Recruit, develop, inspire, and lead a small, dedicated team with a therapeutic and child-centred approach.
· Establish a nurturing and structured environment tailored to the individual needs of one child.
· Maintain high standard of safeguarding and compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and OFSTED expectations.
· Build strong relationships with local authorities, external professionals, and families.
· Embed a culture of reflection, stability and care that priorities the long-term outcomes of the child.
