Western region covering Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset
Key Responsibilities
To lead the commercial and surveying functions across multiple developments, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Quantity Surveyor plays a pivotal role in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, driving financial performance and efficiency across all schemes.
Employment Details
* Responsible for 2 developments in Gloucestershire – both over 100 units
* Position open to quantity surveyors currently or formerly employed by residential developers (national PLC or regional SME)
* Working arrangements: flexible, between home, office and site
