Food and Beverage Assistant, Hotel du Vin

Role Overview
In this role you will assist in the smooth running of all our events, be part of the Food & Beverage team and work with the best food, drink and a brand you can be proud of.
You’ll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and Restaurant Management to ensure smooth and controlled experiences for our guests. This role also involves working within our 3 AA Rosette restaurant where you will be expected to maintain current standards.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the smooth running of all events and guest experiences.
* Coordinate with Kitchen and Restaurant Management to ensure quality service.
* Maintain food and beverage standards in a 3 AA Rosette restaurant.
Qualifications & Experience
* Passion for food, wine and beverage.
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
* Experience in hospitality or related industry is an advantage.
* Willingness to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Hours & Flexibility
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and require flexibility to cover a range of shifts.
