The role

Following the retirement of our current SBM, we look to the future and are excited to welcome a new School Business Manager who shares our warmth, our sense of purpose, and our commitment to providing the very best for the children and families we serve. This role is central to the smooth running of our school, and we look forward to working with someone who will take pride in helping to shape the next chapter of our story. This is a permanent full time, term time only role.
You will:
1. Lead financial planning, reporting, procurement and compliance
2. Manage HR processes, SCR, recruitment and staff development
3. Oversee administration and communication systems
4. Manage premises, health & safety and service contracts
5. Work closely with the Governors, Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to advance the school.
