Senior Care Assistant Location: West Bromwich, B71 Salary: £13.21 per hour (rising in April 2026) Hours: 40 hours per week – Full Time Shifts: 3–5 day shifts per week (occasional night shifts may be required) About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly team at our well-established residential care home in West Bromwich. Our service supports over 30 residents aged 60, providing high-quality residential care for older people, including those living with dementia. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key leadership role on shift, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care while supporting and guiding care staff.
