Job Description What will you be doing? We’re seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to lead the planning, execution, and handover of commissioning activities on a major industrial project. You’ll manage teams, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure all systems are tested and validated to meet safety and quality standards. Your main responsibilities will be: Develop and drive detailed commissioning plans covering pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start up phases Lead and coordinate commissioning teams, ensuring tasks are staffed with skilled personnel Collaborate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and operations to ensure smooth commissioning processes Maintain compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal procedures Oversee system and equipment testing, inspection, and validation to confirm design and operational requirements Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime during commissioning Produce comprehensive commissioning reports, documenting progress, findings, and improvement recommendations Manage the final plant handover to operations, including training and documentation Identify risks during commissioning and implement mitigation strategies Who are we looking for?
