Assess children’s progress and provide regular updates to parents. Collaborate with other Early Years staff to share best practices and develop effective teaching strategies. Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive classroom environment for all Reception children. Requirements: PGCE or equivalent qualification. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience working with Reception-aged children. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. Passion for working with young learners.
