* Pay Rate: £14 per hour
* Experience: No experience needed - full training + shadowing provided
* Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
* Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
* Mileage Options:
o Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
o Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll

* Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
* Offering companionship & emotional support
* Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
