About the Role
We are seeking a fluent Farsi speaker with excellent English skills to join our team as a Screening Interviewer. In this role, you will arrange, prepare, and conduct online, video-recorded interviews in Farsi as part of an enhanced Due Diligence process. You will review, summarise, and accurately report findings, ensuring all key areas are explored and any concerns addressed.
This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate all aspects of the interview process, including bookings, logistics, documentation checks, and reporting outcomes.
Review and assess due diligence reports to identify anomalies, queries, or potential risks that require follow-up.
Conduct professional, video-recorded interviews in Farsi, using effective questioning techniques to address areas of interest.
Analyse and summarise interview findings, comparing them against initial reports.
Report findings through the Due Diligence process and carry out related enquiries as required.Essential Skills & Experience
Fluency in Farsi and strong written and spoken English.
Confident using IT tools, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Bookings, databases, and word processing.
Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
Objective, inquisitive, and able to assess information impartially.
Self-motivated, reliable, and professionally presented.
Ability to quickly understand and process relevant information.
Willingness to undertake training.Desirable Skills
Previous experience conducting interviews (telephone, video, or face-to-face).
