HR Business Partner – Southern Region

We’re looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner who’s already been out in the field. If you’ve done a regional role, you know the rhythm: the travel, the autonomy, the high-stakes decisions. You also know that great leadership isn’t about doing everything for people - it’s about coaching them to do it right themselves.
This is your chance to work shoulder-to-shoulder with a driven Regional Manager and a forward-thinking Quality Manager in the South. Together, you’ll shape a workforce that’s fit for purpose, built for growth, and aligned to high-quality care.
What You’ll Really Be Doing
* Strategic Workforce Planning: Aligning people plans with operational goals across multiple sites.
* Coaching for Capability: Helping managers level up - not covering for them. You’ll be a guide, a coach, and a challenger.
* Operational Partnership: Supporting performance conversations, quality initiatives, and organisational growth from the front line to the boardroom.
* Driving Ownership: Managers won’t lean on you - they’ll learn from you.
You Should Apply If You:
