The Role:
* Supporting pupils with PMLD, MLD and SLD in a nurturing and inclusive setting.
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to deliver tailored learning and sensory-based activities.
* Assisting with communication, engagement and emotional regulation.
* Following EHCPs and supporting pupils' individual development targets.
* Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff.
* Using resilience, empathy and positive reinforcement to build trust and support progress.
What We're Looking For:
* Recent Psychology graduate (or related degree).
* A calm, caring and inclusive approach.
* Resilience and strong relationship‑building skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
* Ability to adapt to different needs and learning styles.
* Any experience in SEN, care, youth work or mental health is highly beneficial.
