The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as a Sales Consultant in our Heathrow, World Duty Free terminal counters. This is a full-time opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week. Please note that World Duty Free operates from 5am to 11pm, so shift times may vary, including before and after these hours, to meet business needs.

As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will manage the customer journey from start to finish, including offering sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.

We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a positive, can-do attitude. A high standard of personal grooming, a passion for luxury, and alignment with our brand values are essential. You should be a team player, motivated to achieve store and personal KPIs, and flexible to work according to business requirements.
