We’re expanding our U.S. sales team with multiple Regional Sales Manager openings nationwide. Positions are remote but we target candidates in the Eastern Region (NC Charlotte/Raleigh), MA Boston, and NJ Morristown (remote hybrid). Job Description
Applicants should demonstrate a sales mentality with a consultative approach. Key functions include prospecting new business, scheduling appointments, making sales calls, providing product recommendations, closing sales, and delivering ongoing client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Market and sell specialized financial products (domestic and export credit insurance) to corporations in assigned regions, from small businesses to Fortune 500 organizations.
* Present programs and underwriting results to senior executives.
* Build a portfolio of business that aligns with Atradius’ targets.
* Market the product to banks and the lending community.
* Service new and existing clients by monitoring their programs and coverage.
* Negotiate acceptable terms and conditions with clients, brokers, and underwriting staff.
* Occasional travel within the region.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Self‑starter with strong drive and resilience.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Growth mindset.
* Ability to obtain and maintain proper insurance licensing.
