ROLE OVERVIEW
Regional Sales Representative at EBIN NEW YORK is responsible for driving sales in a specified region to achieve and exceed sales targets. They may handle tasks such as driving revenue growth and expanding our OTC (Beauty Supply Store) market presence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
●Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
● Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team.
● Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
● Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
● Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
● Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
● Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Fluent in English and Korean.
* You must have a valid visa to work in the UK
* UK Driving License is required for regular client visits.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Office Location: Chessington
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Holiday: 20 days + 8 Bank holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
