This role uses the title Sports Coach, but the position is centred around classroom and school support. You will work with students during the school day, helping them stay engaged in lessons, supporting behaviour, and contributing to a positive learning environment. If you have experience leading, motivating, and managing groups, this is a great opportunity to apply those skills within education. About the Role: As a Sports Coach, you will support teachers and school staff across different lessons and settings. Your role will focus on classroom support, supervising pupils, and helping maintain structure and focus throughout the day. Your coaching background will be key in building rapport with students, encouraging participation, and supporting their overall development.
