We are seeking a Principal Associate Scientist with a strong background in analytical chemistry to support non-GMP testing activities. The ideal candidate will perform both chromatographic and non-chromatographic analytical methods and contribute to documentation, data mining, and troubleshooting efforts. This role requires a detail-oriented and collaborative individual committed to high-quality work and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform non-GMP analytical testing using:
o Non-chromatographic techniques: Stand-alone UV assay, pH, osmolality, moisture, and thermal melting temperature determination using UV
o Chromatographic techniques: Reverse phase and ion exchange chromatography
* Document all analytical results in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN)
* Generate and/or review:
o Certificates of Testing
o Protocols
o Technical reports
* Conduct data mining activities and summarize historical/relevant analytical data
* Provide support in troubleshooting analytical issues as needed
* Coordinate aliquoting and shipping of samples and materials

* Experience with core analytical instrumentation and a solid understanding of analytical chemistry principles

Requirements
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (preferably Chemistry)
* 3–5 years of industry experience in analytical testing and documentation evelopment (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS, spectrophotometry).
